Holy Week Masses @ Christ the King Parish 

Holy Thursday-March 24, 2016 * Mass @ 8 p.m. 
Good Friday-March 25, 2016 * Service @ 1 p.m. 
Holy Saturday-March 26, 2016 * Mass @ 8 p.m. 
Easter Sunday-March 27, 2016 Mass @ 8 a.m. and Mass @ 10 a.m. 

Holy Thursday– March 24 -” Washing of the Feet” 12 participants are needed in order for this to take place

Holy Thursday– March 24 - Eucharistic Adoration after 8 p.m. mass until midnight

Divine Mercy Sunday - April 3rd: Christ the King will offer a Divine Mercy Sunday presentation beginning with Eucharistic Adoration at 1pm. Father Kuhn will speak on the Year of Mercy at 1:15pm. Both Fr. Martin and Fr. Kuhn will hear Confessions at 1:45pm followed by the Chaplet of Divine Mercy at 2:30pm and Benediction at 2:50pm. 

*Evenings of Recollection* Eucharistic Adoration and Reflection * Meditations in honor of the “Year of Mercy” led by Father Samuel Martin * Evenings will alternate between the parishes of St.. John’s / Mfld and Christ the King / Spencer . Time: 6:30 pm-8 pm . on April 7, 2016 @ Christ the King Theme: Poverty, Chastity and Obedience

Ministry Participants: The ministry schedule will be worked on for May / June / July / August 2016 . Please let parish office know if you will stepping down from your ministry position so the next ministry schedule can be adjusted properly.. Deadline is: Monday - April 11 @ Noon … ** There is a need of participants in the ministries of lector / servers/ crucifix bearers / Ushers at weekend masses. Please consider using your time and talent to help out at these masses. There are reference guides, in the sacristy, that help you to prepare for the weekend masses. If you have any questions about a particular ministry do not hesitate to ask Father Martin or one of the ministry participants who are in that particular ministry that you have a interest in. If you would like to be a Minister of Holy Communion please talk to Father Martin as there is certain protocol for this ministry.
